Service Agreement Addendum

Refund Policy

01. Service Nature

At Swiftly Digital, we provide bespoke digital services including UI/UX architecture, branding, and motion design. Due to the digital nature of our assets and the allocation of human resources, all services are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a signed project contract.

02. Milestone Payments

Our projects are typically structured around strategic milestones. The following rules apply:

  • Deposits: Upfront payments required to secure project commencement are non-refundable.
  • Completed Milestones: Once a project phase (e.g., Discovery or Strategy) is completed and approved, the associated fees are final.
  • Cancellations: If a project is terminated by the client, Swiftly Digital retains payment for all work hours logged up to the termination date.

03. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • Total failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe due to agency-side internal issues.
  • Accidental duplicate payments or billing errors.

04. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to total client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our craft, we offer a "Correction Cycle" to refine the output until it meets the predefined strategic objectives of the brief.
